Sandra has worked at Lindan House for 31 years and has been the registered manager for 21 years. In addition to NVQ Level II and III in Care, she also has her NVQ Assessor D32 and D33, together with City & Guilds National Vocational Qualification Level 4 - Registered Manager (Adults) award. Sandra ensures that she updates and reviews her own personal training needs on a regular basis and is an active participant in both local authority meetings and external relevant road shows / conferences.
